Boat Bunkers In-Water Mooring Stations come with a self contained battery operated pump station that is used to operate the gate. (See other options below)

To lower the gate, simply open a valve to release air in the gate section and the gate will submerge beneath the water. 

Also available, a PORTABLE BATTERY OPERATED PUMP where mounting a pump station is not desired.  

When you return, simply pull into the mooring station like you normally do when you are docking.  The mooring station actually helps docking by providing a visual reference as you pull up to the dock and into the station. Plus, the inflation collar actually acts as a bumper as you dock so if you are off a little, no problem.

Once you boat is inside, simply raise the gate using the pump station to raise the gate above the water line.
